The problem with the tinted is that they’re too dark if your front windows are tinted. Makes them less safe to operate with.

A lot of the cold weather issues will be fixed as solid state batteries start becoming more available. The next couple of years should see an increase in those options.

I wonder if this is something that can just be plug and played into older models, or would you have to change out the whole center console?

Go to the dealer and have them sort this out with Ford. It does appear that the 2025 BB mid does include that based off of what I can see.

The Hellcat and the GT500 aren’t shaped like bricks. Not unsurprising they get better mileage. Also with how their transmission gearing ratios and such are designed for the overdrive aspect. And again, they’re aerodynamic not like a brick.
