  1. Overlanding is Dead! Is it? Finally!!

Ok maybe I was being a bit hyperbolic with the 911 comparison, but for a 5000lbs SUV with 14ā€ of suspension travel, she boogies when completely empty.
  2. Overlanding is Dead! Is it? Finally!!

You’re not even who I’m talking about here, but I’m glad you made the whole thing about you lol. I, too, daily drive a Braptor. Even with the Whipple 91 tune, intercooler, and exhaust, the thing is such a pig on my long Baja trips. I have the Tuffy box, a hub tent, fridge, a power tank...
  3. Overlanding is Dead! Is it? Finally!!

Good find, but I still think personal experience and anecdotal evidence from my colleagues in thr aftermarket off-road industry carries more weight than google searches. After all, the whole point was that there are fewer people on the trails than a few years ago, and I offer my own opinion as...
  4. Overlanding is Dead! Is it? Finally!!

Solid take, and there isn’t much I’d disagree with other than arguing a ā€œgatekeeperā€ wouldn’t devote much of the last 5 years of content to educate the droves of newbies coming into this market. Go back far enough, and you’ll see the shift from highly technical, deep-enthusiast topics to more...
  5. Overlanding is Dead! Is it? Finally!!

Hahaha that’s me 😁 thanks for sharing the video! Obviously, this was very opinionated. But I’m respectful of everyone’s thoughts, and genuinely curious of your experiences.
  6. Starlink Mini Mount Solution for 2-Door Bronco

Killer work!! For context, I pull 120mbps at speed with my starlink mini under the hardtop of the Braptor. It’s been a total game changer. Glad to see 2 door guys getting creative. I’m eventually going to develop a bespoke crossbar or mount for it, but this looks like a great solution.
  7. What Did You Do To Your Bronco Raptor Today? šŸ”§ 🧰 šŸŖ›

Thank you! It’s been a steep learning curve but very encouraging to hear you’ve been following along. Hope you get to check it out in person sometime. šŸ¤™
  8. What Did You Do To Your Bronco Raptor Today? šŸ”§ 🧰 šŸŖ›

Looks killer, Mike! Thank you for the kind words, I’m really glad this is a solution for you too! Looking forward to your feedback on the setup.
  9. Update:Starlink Mini review (speed test & mounting options) , In motion supported!

If you get our Revolink Bronco kit, I have threaded inserts I provide to make our bolts work. Just need to drill 4 holes.
  10. Starlink Mount Kit for Bronco

None yet. Just installed a kit on a Bronco last week that had them, doesn’t even come close to the speakers.
  11. Starlink Mount Kit for Bronco

Hey Brian, if you get your order in today, we’re doing 20% off now and I’ll ship it out tomorrow. Should see it in 2 business days with ground shipping to CenCal I think. We’re in SoCal. Let me know. Happy to help!
  12. Shouldn't be 100K

If you're comparing a Mercedes to a Bronco Raptor, don't buy the Bronco Raptor. You're not going to be happy. 39,000 miles on my Braptor, probably a few of those airborne. I paid $70k for it 2 years ago, but I'd gladly pay MSRP today. You cannot build a lower trim Bronco to beat it, period.
  13. Update:Starlink Mini review (speed test & mounting options) , In motion supported!

Starlink says 60w, but even with an 80w adapter mine was cutting out intermittently. I went with 120w for our setup and haven’t had a problem once.
  14. Update:Starlink Mini review (speed test & mounting options) , In motion supported!

Just a heads up on a couple things with this mount: I've already seen one break the dish. It's fine for on-road applications, but it only uses the plastic insert where the kickstand goes, and rough trails or bumps can break it. I also wouldn't trust it at high speeds with a headwind. Second...
  15. Update:Starlink Mini review (speed test & mounting options) , In motion supported!

Thanks for the support! Glad you liked the kit. Just a heads up, I connect my iPhone to CarPlay via a standard iPhone charger to the USB-C on the dash center console. We also now offer our own car charger adapter that’s rated for 120w, and a Starlink 6.5ft USB-C cable with weatherproof...
