Have an early production (June ‘21) Big Bend with 52K+ miles and no real issues. Side mirrors ‘whistled’ at 50+mph, but wrapping the plastic seam with black vinyl fixed that. No other issues. One of my favorite cars ever owned.
Chill cash…dude asked for our experience…I gave mine. Yours may be different. No one here supports the problem. Go for a Bronco ride with the top and doors off…you’ll feel better.

Temporary fix is to wrap the seam where the halves of the mirror housing join in black electrical tape. It blends in somewhat with the black plastic and seems to get rid of most of the whistle. My dealer says Ford is working on a fix.
Thought I'd post a video/audio clip of the side mirror whistle...this is more than just wind noise that one would expect with a top down vehicle. It's clearly a loud whistle. You'll notice when I put my hand on the outer corner of the mirror housing, the whistle goes away. Starts at ~50mph...
It’s definitely a fitment issue where the plastic housing is not coming together correctly. On the drivers side where whistling is worse, I can move the back half slightly and feel a click like it’s connecting with the mating half, but it doesn’t stay there after a bounce or two. The whistling...
