Got mine within the last couple days. All works good, full screen is very nice!

On the bases, is there a small pin hole opposite the button to adjust? If there is you may be able to stick a small punch in there to depress the lock lever and get them off.

It would be in the settings on your phone. iPhone is in Settings/General/About/Name Android, I have no clue.
