I am experiencing something similar and its driving me batso! I thought mine was the tire too, but rattle sounds like its coming from the hinge area? but i need to look at it again when I have more time. Seems to be getting worse. Please update me if you find it, and I will do the same.

My Bronco has been in "Production" since 6/18 and the top was replaced, built and shipped before I got my email yesterday stating it is schedule for a top replacement in September :ROFLMAO: Delivery is expected by Oct 7th. So excited!
