It also isn’t hard to understand what the Ford Rep said at the event and what the Customer Rep said on the phone. My point is Ford’s left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I already have my Bronco, which is better than anything, so I thought I would share my experience.

I DO have a 2021. I picked it up on 11/15

I briught it up to my dealer when I took delivery on 11/15…they “had never heard of it,” which is what I told the Ford rep at the event, and she was pretty adamant I call that number.

However in my post, Ford denied it existed and my dealership already stated they have no knowledge of it either…somehow the Ford rep at the event knew about it…
