  1. Anyone have/access to the windshield wiper software update tool?

OP, I’ve had good luck with Castle Rock Ford service department. Not exactly Denver but within reach.
  2. Bucking on Acceleration

Mine does it too. Haven’t been able to figure out the exact condition to replicate on demand. Only happens in 1st or 2nd gear. 7mt. It has been doing it since new, 27k now.
  3. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

Picked up bronco on Friday with new transmission. Installed -E transmission. Note on the write up states the fluid in the original transmission was “gritty”. Drives good so far, miles will tell.
  4. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

New tranny since they don’t have the tool to rebuild it. They said it should arrive this week, and not require a month as originally thought.
  5. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

Add me to the list. Dropped it off on Monday and got the call today. New transmission required. 4 week minimum wait.

Tires have been sold. Nice meeting you Jason.
  7. Colorado SOLD -5 SAS Wheels, Tires, w/ TPMS

5 SAS wheels/ tires for sale. Wheels still have TPMS and center caps. Also will include lug nuts if desired. Pulled off at 25k, tires have 10/32" tread. I am willing to keep the spare if you only want the set of 4. The spare was never used. One wheel has a minor 3-4" scratch on the edge of the...
  8. Adding a 7 pin factory wiring harness

The splicing was to change the wire pins to fit the plug under the driver’s side panel. It wasn’t hard, just another thing to add time to the project. I did use my own posilock splicers as the included ones weren’t the best. Tips: taking fender liners off and reinstalling was annoyingly time...
  9. Adding a 7 pin factory wiring harness

I haven’t added a brake controller yet. Will probably go with Redarc when the time comes.
  10. Centramatics anyone?

I run centramatics on my truck and would be all over them if they had a set for the bronco. It so nice to not get the shake of unbalanced wheels after getting muddy or picking up a rock in the tire.
  11. Adding a 7 pin factory wiring harness

Install is done. It was a bit of a pain, but it is a nice clean install. The instructions leave a little to be desired, had to do a lot of head scratching. The worst part was the wire harness doesn’t have the right terminals to fit the existing plug. I toyed with it for an hour and a half before...
  12. Adding a 7 pin factory wiring harness

I ordered mine a week ago and it arrived 3 days ago 🤷‍♂️.Working on the installation today. I had the ford 4-pin harness on order but had waited a month and it was still back ordered. Saw this 4/7 pin from lumen was out so switched my order over. Guess I got lucky.
  13. Planning for Modano Pass off-roading/camping

I ran it in October last year and it was easy. Light snow and no challenge for the bronco. I recommend it and it’s a fun way to get to the park.
