I’m having the same issue , I believe it’s the slip joint on the driveshaft. Same issue with the f150’s with 1 piece drive shaft. The fix for the f159 was to remove the drive shaft and add more grease. I can tell there is some movement in that joint.

No look at what mountune, tune plus are doing. The 2.0 block from ford fusions are casted differently and stronger. Yes the 2.3 is basically a stroked 2.0 with different heads. The problem is the 2.3 block is casted different and is weaker then the 2.0 block

Looking for a ford tech that has FDRS in Indiana region to upload audio change for full sound in the rear. Already have forscan and did what I could with it.

So I just want to point out how Ford missed a design that could have benefited a lot of people that Honda did years ago.

Couple of the ecoboost engines came from the Mazda platform (2.0 & 2.3 I believe)I’m hoping they take that new I6 3.3 turbo Mazda introduced this year and do something with it.

Foam core is quick and cost effective.. great for cutting manufacturing cost. Fiberglass RV panels are made the same way but the draw back is longevity. There maybe more to their top but from the video I saw it looks like the they covered the majority with core. I’d be more confident if they...
