Be careful with high zinc oils. Running a diesel rated oil, high zinc, will kill cat-converters. Look up running Shell Rotela in a gas engine. Its great for not catted motors! ( So I have Read!)

I have 24. I could get forscan to disable auto start. But the battery light would stay on. I could not deal with that. So went with the in dash harness method.

I kept my Jeep as well. Mine is a 2017 though.

I cut the welded bolts off the RC bracket. Then drilled them out a little larger. There is enough thread on the bolts to use nuts on them. Slip the RC bracket onto the bolts and use nuts. Posted a photo.

Just for INFO: I have a 2 Door Black Diamond, 2.3, 10R60. I disconnected the shutters so they are open all the time. No codes or issues all summer. Coolant and oil temp never get above 205F. FYI: I have a side display for other PID's I can monitor. Thats how I get coolant temp.

Sorry guys. Should of thought of this first. Grabbed the part number from the top of this page. Then went to Ford Parts.com. Put in the number, then my dealer. Came up still on back order. Whish I could get an estimated ETA though.....

I Googled it first. Found nothing, other that higher up on this forum, about back order. Just wanted to look into it a little more before I start to push back, bug them more. And see if anyone else is waiting as well. Is there any reason a dealer would not want me to get this? I did pay for it...
