Taking the half kegger stock exhaust out of the back of the Bronco and putting in something the size of a shoe box that I can now actually hear just a bit. Was/is my first modification. In fact, it is such an easy swap, my current MRT is on its third gen 6 truck.
Indeed. With the auto trans especially as the rpm band stays with in a pretty narrow rev range. However, removing the 1/2 kegger stock muffler for a shoe box sized muffling device does indeed save a bit of weight. And you do get a sound you can actually hear.

Yea, under warranty went Ford Performance tune and yea it is just ok. Really didn't put the truck into a different acceleration feeling category. The only place I really notice the HP is passing on the interstate. Way more immediate feel, shift pattern.
