  1. Before I put a hole in the dash somewhere.....

I used one of these that came with my Diode Dynamics light kit. I pulled the center console and used a step drill to mount it and a unswitched 12V outlet. Pretty happy with how it came out.
  2. Who's still on their original Bronco windshield? 👀

2023 Big Bend with 17K miles. One small chip. Stay out from behind all semis, dump trucks, cement mixers, and vehicles that look likely to sling something. Fingers crossed...
  3. Why phone mounts

Well done. Nice to have a similar solution at a much more affordable price point.
  4. Can I get owner insight/advice?

I have a 2023 Big Bend 2 door that I custom ordered (the only car I've owned that that happened). 3-1/2 years and about 17K miles in I'm pretty happy. There's a little wind noise at highway speeds, but that's what good stereos are for. On that note the speakers that came with the stock stereo...
  5. Dash Command Center for Road Trips

I truly miss those sugar filled days!
  6. Bi-Directional Roof Patent

Here's hoping it's not made out of MIC material...
  7. What’s the one thing you ALWAYS bring on a road trip in your Bronco?

The plastic bag family. A couple of gallon, quart, and sandwich bags. Always come in handy for any trip I take...
  8. Why phone mounts

With Apple Carplay there is almost no reason for me to have to look at my phone while driving, and you shouldn't be doing that anyway. Absolutely love my Course phone mount that securely holds and charges my iPhone out of the way, and looks like factory equipment for the Bronco.
  9. Best Windshield Wipers?

OEM for the win, and I can use Ford Points...
  10. BLOCKING SAND AND GRAVELPROTECT PAINT SURFACE!!!

I don't get alot of gravel and sand abrasion on the top of my hood...
  11. What Mod Hurt Your MPG the Most? 😂

Driving against the wind. Got back from a long road trip and I added around 2-3 mpg with the wind...
  12. Portable vs. Fixed Air Compressors: Which Side Are You On?

I use a Viaair that I bought for airing up my RV tires to 60 lbs. The volume is decent and it does have an air down feature with the chock. Granted I don't do a ton of wheeling, but it served my well the one time I needed it following some beach driving to air back up (didn't get too hot)...
  13. Oil change cost - how much?

My last one was $54.95 at the Ford dealer where I bought my Bronco. Usually if I ask the service guys they'll hook me up with some kind of coupon deal they've got going. It's also nice to get a free vehicle wash as the dealer does a pretty good job. I still have quite a few Ford points and am...
  14. Two door LWB??

Not me. I bought mine knowing I had the SWB and also was a few hundred pounds lighter which mattered to me when flat towing...
