That's a Hammer Built tailgate reinforcement with the antenna/whip accessory mount. The pole is from Gorilla Whips. It's a 1/2" x 4' fiberglass pole with a spring mount. The flay pictured is a 2'x3'. I've flown anything from a pocket flag to a 3'x5' and they fly nicely. The smaller flags...
