Yeah i ordered on the 18th, my CC kept getting a pending charge, then removed, then pending, probably 5 times until yesterday when i received the cancellation. processing was the status the entire time.

I received the cancellation notice today, ordered 12/18, called customer service and he said the warehouse cancelled the order due to the manufacturer no longer producing the product. very disappointing.

@Mabett I am having the same issue as mentioned above, I cannot get the connector to click into place no matter how hard I try and what angle/coaxing. Do you have any suggestions? Otherwise I may initiate return through Amazon. Looks like you've been very responsive and supportive through here...
