On my previous bronco and this one I’ve always ran a 4wp or similar steel skid. The gap has always bothered me so I cut up the factory plastic one and stacked the metal one. I will post a before as well to show how bad the gap was.
I recently swapped my base no light equipped bumper with a big bend bumper that has oem fog lights. What are ways I can get these fog lights to work? I do not have auxiliary switches switches but don’t mind putting a single switch in from a harness.
I’ve wheeled with a lifted one on 32s and honestly ground clearance and gearing killed it. It’ll never do the big rock ledge bumps cause of that. It’s the best mpg/ off-roader by far beating the rav4 and other competition. If you compare a base full size on 33s vs the badlands it’s no comparison...
Lockers would be really nice to have, but I can still make it up 95% of things I try. I’ve added full skids underneath since I have to “full send” a line choice sometimes lol
Glad I can help! This bumper had held up well and it’s one of my top choices for sure. It’s about 2 years old and there are no signs of rust or anything
I was recommended this chemical guys product with a hard bristle brush and I can say it’s the best thing ever. I wheel it hard to where the white letters go away completely and this brings it back with a single good pass through
Product has been discontinued. I tried reaching out to them for a while with no response and they eventually pulled it from the site. I made my own and it’s been great
