It has nothing to do with the ride. It is the constant delays and lack of transparency during this entire process.

@Erock i saw one in person at T&C in birmingham as well as this weekend at the Summit. They havent offered test drives in either situation. I did sign up for the of rodeo in August but had to cancel as my son moves into his dorm that weekend at college.

Same here....and the longer this takes the more likely i am going to potentially cancel my order.

That’s interesting as they told me not to cancel my second reservation as they would use it as a dealer car to sell.

Did they send you the order sheet to verify and docusign?

Has anyone with a reservation at town and country been notified about setting up time for their order?

TC has been great.. MSRP, Honor plan pricing, no dealer installed options outside of what you order.

I had them as my initial dealer but the communication was horrible so I switched to town and country.

Has Ford made any decisions on interior seat color options or are they still limiting by package?

@Major_Bullsteak I am at T&C as well. What worries me is the Sales guy told me they had over 700 reservations for their dealership. not sure how spreadout they are.

The sandstone on the seats isn't bad i just do not want that color on the dash or trim which looks like the plan from Ford.

Honestly there’s such a high volume dealer that regardless of whether they offer special discounts or not they’re going to get the business.

I’m looking at changing mine to town and country as well. Looking to understand how they’re handling reservations and any deals they may be offering.
