Came back from the Tacoma event today with a few takeaways:

It was challenging, but just being informed and prepared is key. Order exactly what you want, no exceptions. It turned out fine in the end, but it took some homework!
Not trying to cause any confusion - I'm here in the forums a lot and I had not seen this ever. I agree Ford is having a tough time with this one and we're trying to piece together information. Just trying to make folks aware what I heard and where I heard it from.
