We will see - I’m not holding my breath as I can’t wait to hear EXACTLY the same excuses as to why the faulty light will not be replaced free of charge.

Oracle gave me all the reasons as to why they won’t do the right thing so looks like I’m on my own unless I want to buy one from them.
My son (19 years old) and I have had the same issue with Oracle. They don’t care that the item is faulty with a WELL DOCUMENTED AND KNOWN ISSUE. The response is only that your item was a gift to him and the warranty is non-transferable and that it is outside of the one year warranty timeframe...
Any company can have a bad run of products or issues that come up later on in real world use - it’s how they stand behind that product and correct it that makes the company. So hopefully I’ll hear some good news soon.
@OracleLights been having this same issue on my son’s Bronco and he’s had zero success getting things resolved trying to message / email company.
What can we do to help out a college kid that loves the look of his flush lights?
