oh man that sucks. I would try the paintless dent repair first. A rock bounced off my hood at 500 miles on the odometer. They were able to work the dent out. I was happy with it, but I may not be as particular as you. Might be worth a shot.
My Ford rep told me they don't provide the rental car, but will reimburse, which they did in the form of VISA debit card. It took a month or so to get it after I sent them the receipts, but I did get reimbursed. Good luck!
They promised me reimbursement for rental car.....almost 2 months after sending them receipts, I haven't received anything! They claim "it's on the way". They also said I would get 2 years of free service. I feel certain when I go to dealership for service they won't know anything about it...
