I have used cig adaptors to power electronics. I would just route the power line across the dash and down the side then under the glove box. You would only see the cig plug exposed when not in use. There are ways to run a clean looking install if that’s your only option.

Another option is to possible use the cig lighter port by splicing into a cig lighter. Or maybe splicing on a USB connection. Figured you wouldn’t be using it all the time so you can just plug it in when you want to use it.

Correct, 1 is hidden behind the 1 you can see, same amp fuse BTW. If you ever use an empty slot that has no fuse in it but you want to use it you would just add 1 fuse. But those would be constant power (on all the time, even when power is off) from what I got from my testing with a volt meter.

Correct, added the fuse in the adaptor so you have 2 fuses in 1 adaptor. Both slots had a fuse in them, I just piggy backed off them.

The fuses I tapped into are being used for switched power when the Bronco Raptor is on and running. I have a dash cam wired in on 1 fuse and a radar detector wired in on another.

By “unused” fuses I think he means the fuses without a fuse in them. Post 6 lists the ACC fuses when power is on for my figuring out and testing. Been awhile since I was playing around with my tester.
