How's all my fellow Central Texan's holdin' up with this weather? We have been blessed to have not loose any power but our water line from our well is froze so no water in the house. Wife laughed at me when I told her to bring buckets of snow in the house to use to flush the toilet LOL.

had the kitchen and shower freeze up. was only running hot water in the kitchen and the cold pipe froze. was only running cold in the shower and the hot pipe froze. finally got them both thawed out, so in a good spot.

We’ve been lucky too. So far no power loss but a couple of frozen pipes. Just got them running again after some strategic hair dryer action. Friends just one neighborhood over have been out of power since yesterday and conservative estimates for restoration is late evening tomorrow!

Rolling power outages for last two days. We will stay on for 10-15 min then off. I think the longest we have had power is one hour. Water is okay but no hot since the power outages.

We have water but the power goes off and on from time to time...I suggested the snow in the toilets to my coworkers on teams when they posted their issues...gotta do what you gotta do when it comes time to it. My buddy came over to drop off a gallon of milk for us and I got super jealous of his jeep...at least this would give me more ammo in justifying why the Bronco would come in handy in times like this. Just gotta sit tight until May when we'll see on who is getting what and when...however I am good with waiting until 22. Stay warm dudes!

Currently been without power for a total of around 36 hours since it started. Taking car of GFs family that consists of her Mom, 12yo, 9yo, and a special needs 3yo. We have our beagle, and their 4mo Shepard/lab mix that is 50lbs in our 700sqft apartment. We have water luckily. It’s been rough.

Got a few cracked pipes and thankfully had a plumber come out yesterday that said he’d be back this morning to fix everything so fingers crossed we can take a hot shower and flush our toilets tonight

@mpmcgaughey Good news! Our water well is down at the moment and I am on the list of a couple companies so I'm hopeful this time next week to have water LOL. We have family close though so we have been able to get water and showers from them.

@j_marinelli We’ve been running up to Bucees like twice a day to use their bathroom and keep our gas tanks topped off so just praying we get everything fixed by tonight
