Hey all. My original dealer was charging me MRSP and $99 doc fee. That's in Ktown. Found a dealer 30 minutes away giving me invoice and 199 doc and 30 title fee. I haven't done the math.(math is hard) But I think I'm coming out way ahead. If invoice covers taxes over MRSP I'll be happy. I really don't see myself going 3-4 plus hours to save an extra grand and I can go in and see him face to face in a matter of minutes.

Still gonna be looking at a 22. Unless a miracle happens. dealer told me if it goes that way just come in and rework my order.

Invoice cut about 2k off for me. so may not quite cover sales tax but it'll sure as hell help lol

When was your reservation date ? If it was past September, I’d consider waiting until just after the order banks close in March . I figure after that date, a new round of dealer incentives might pop up. However, your invoice price is a good deal if you dont want to drive. My final savings was 1300 under invoice( 1000 off plus 300 if your x plan.

My res. was wayyyyyyy late 12/05 UGH!

Hey Heffe. that's good idea. if I wait I may get x plan offered on 22. from what I hear. Ya, my savings would be about 1100. Better than MRSP. Thanks for the thought. Why rush the unrushable? lol

Yeah, if I would have know about this a little sooner, I might have gone a different route. I ended up switching to Stephen's last week. I also am going for a MY22 even though I have an early reservation.

@Deano Bronc even though you ordered a 22 all rebates should still be offered when time comes?

If you converted for a 21 and you get a 22 you'll have to redo order anyway so I think all new deals take over at that point. I think.?

@Ironjamzz Yep, I believe you are right. I believe the 22 specs will be out this summer and ordering this fall.

Which dealership did you end up at?

As I understand, there could be different pricing offers from Ford for a 22 and it will apply later when you customize. But if you have already talked to and confirmed with a dealer on pricing for a 22 then they are good for it. I talked to Granger and even if I want a 22 it's still $1000 below invoice since so many are going to be pushed to that MY anyways.

@mjjnuge Yeah, I don't think any dealer can confirm pricing for a MY22. I would imagine there will be a small price hike. Stephen's is also still offering the $1000 under invoice for the MY22. I am hoping Ford will offer the X-plan for the 22 but I'm not holding my breath.

Not below but at invoice and $199 doc fee. Sheperds in Auburn. Wish I could get below around here.
