Has anyone with reservations with Laura Ford in Sullivan, heard anything about order timeframe?

Just canceled my order with Laura Ford the other day. I got 3 emails within 24 hours thanking me for my interest. First time I had heard from them since July. They came out strong with their initial offer, but have really fizzled. Went with my first reservation. Good luck. There’s still plenty of time for them to take your order. I think they only had one order on the B6G list.

I reservation is also through Laura Ford. They have been responsive to questions up until today. I asked the weekend before order banks opened about what info they needed from me to convert my order. They just asked me to send in my build from B&P. I sent it to them on the 20th of January and nothing else had happened since so I texted again to see if there was any issue or anything else needed and received this reply.

“ Hi Kevin!
Now thru mid March we are confirming with all our Bronco customers intent to purchase the Bronco through Laura Ford, and collecting ford.com build previews. After March Ford will sort and schedule, and we hope to see builds begin in May with earliest orders starting to ship mid summer. If you have not sent me your ford.com build preview or need help with it, please let me know.

I’ m thinking I may need to follow up and see when they are going to start converting reservations to orders. Otherwise I may be transferring if they don’t figure out that they need to not only confirm, but convert to orders.

@HORSINROUND Contacted Mark again on Thursday and confirmed my Reservation number and build details. I now have an order placed on 2/5. So it’s all good now. I think the reservation/ordering situation is just new and confusing at least at first for most dealerships. I’m happy everything is now in place and eagerly anticipating my (probably MY22) Bronco!

I emailed late last week requesting to convert my reservation to order and haven’t heard anything back either.

So the sales manager sent me a text message yesterday, wanting to know if I still had any interest in ordering a Bronco. Seems a little unprofessional to send a text message, maybe an email or phone call. Tried calling them and no response back, thinking I might just cancel my order.

I emailed too asking about a time frame after telling them I still planned to continue with my order and waiting on a response it’s been a few days now and I find they aren’t very responsive which is aggravating.
