Bosak is holding firm on MSRP. 199.00 doc fees no money down. They returned my 100 as the business was sold and didnt bother to let me know why, no comm's whatsoever throughout this entire journey. I had loyalty with the previous owners and now, maybe not so much. They basically just dont know anything.
I admit, I want to dump them out of spite. LOL. I bought at least 5 vehicles from that dealership in the last 5 years.

If one of my customers bought 2 grills/couple lawn mowers or 20 gallons of paint you can bet I'd know their first name and every associate inside the building would know them also. You have to treat your customers right these days. Too many options out there to do otherwise. Just sayin.

So, is anyone actually having conversations or any updates on their reservations around NW Indiana? I just want a dealer that will at least pretend to care.

Thanks

Lol I’d rather buy a car from you. But if you want a different feel from a dealer - call Granger.

If you got your 100 bucks back you must have cancelled your reservation. Ouch man. Ouch,

Or he might have transferred to another dealer and then the original dealer refunds your 100.

Still confused. I thought a refund meant refund. How do you get a reservation for $0.00 I get your point but don't see the logic. He may want to check his status on Ford website.

And the plot thickens. lol

If you transfer your reservation to a new dealer, the new dealer charges nothing and the old dealer refunds your deposit. Dont ask me how that makes sense but that is how Ford is doing it.
Ironjamzz
And if you transfer dealers again?....... Get another 100 bucks. Just kidding. Thanks Heffe lol.

I placed my order at granger yesterday. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. Brandon called and went over my build, answered any questions, and then sent me an order to sign. My final price ended up being $4604 under MSRP. ( I was a $1000 off invoice order) A $500 deposit will be due sometime in the future.

@Heffe66413 May I ask what the MSRP/Build was? I'm assuming way higher than a Base or BaseSquatch model???

Congrats Heffe !! So glad you had a pleasant experience..

I am to. But if it had been a bad experience- you would of heard about it also. For better or worse- Fords rollout of the Bronco has changed the way many people will buy vehicles.
