Yes, and I need everyone to know I will reach out to each and every single one of you individually. I will begin with batch 1 and go from there. Each of you as an individual deserve the time and attention before I go to the next person. It does not mean once we finalize something that it can't be changed. I am already getting flooded with emails. I promise I am not leaving anyone out. This is a process and will take time. Keep in mind I try to be as attentive as possible to everyone all the time, so if I am not responsive it is because I am focused on the individual I am working with at that time. Everyone will get the attention and time they need. The next few days is not the time to panic. This is a blanket statement.... not pointing at anyone in particular. You all are amazing!! I appreciate all of you. THANK YOU!!

Can you guys try and go through Ford and see if you can complete your order now? Let me know if it allows you to convert them. The system shows that it is ready and I want to see if it works or if I have to manually type each 1 in myself.

@NayNay I don't see an option on My Ford site to order. Shows my reservation and the order-in production-shipped stuff at the bottom of the page but those are not active buttons to click

@NayNay of you could, if your customer would allow you, if they could give guidance on how to get you what you needed in order to"make ford.com work". That might help folks in general.

This is just saving me a ton of manual typing, we will still be able to make adjustments, do pricing, everything.

Ok, I think they just "go live" on my end. Then I have to click on each and every one of them (yes I also logged into my own account and tried too) and then I have to wait 15-20 min so they show in a new portal. After they all come over then I should be able to go in and alter whatever we need to. No panic yet..... it is under control. Sorry I know I am giving blow by blow on this......

@LalasBronco Whelp, I had an 8-6 res but cancelled it for a 10-1. @NayNay has been wonderful and I will swing by her shop on my way home. I'm thinking that she will get my cash for the extended warranty and quite possibly some accessories. I wish I could give her the order but I'm price sensitive. Honestly, TRULY honestly, I feel like a Leonardtown member. Out of all the folks here, she's the most communicative of them. And the efforts and communication tonight adds to that.
