HI All, lurker from Colorado Springs/Cañon City myself. Planning on reserving with Granger once Build and Price is up and I can sift through all the options and see what I'll be able to afFORD. Looks like X Plan won't offer a major discount, so looks like I'll be taking a trip to IA.
