To help clarify some things on the emails going out. I have gone through each and every single reservation number. Placed them all in order and printed each one out (treating each like gold). As you email me back I am attaching this to my hard copy. The batch one will have my focus 1st as those will be in the 1st group to be sent to Ford. I broke the batches out in groups of 8. So if you are in batch 1 you are 1 of the 1st 8 reservations, batch 2 is the 2nd 8, and so on. This does not mean you are 1st or 2nd, it is a way to keep it simple for me single handedly going through over 70 reservations. My responses will be focused on batch 1 and 2 first. I will be doing them in order that Ford has sorted them and per our cut off date. Anyone jumping in late does go to the back and they are aware of where they fall in line. Ford is going to want ALL reservations converted into an order in a smaller window (I have heard Jan to March). This will also help with our store's allocation too. Remember even if you order you have nothing to lose, and do not have to buy. If you back out from your reservation now it hurts us all. All that being said please make no assumptions that I know or do not know information. I need every one to respond. This system is being set up so if anything happens with Ford or my job someone can pick up where I leave off. I am not seeing any issues but my Bronco is very important to me as I assume yours is to you and I am treating all as such. I will be responding to every single email I get back but it will take me time to do so. YOU ALL ARE AMAZING and deserve the time and attention I plan on dedicating to this. THANK YOU ALL for the endless patience and sticking it out. We are almost there!!!!!!!

I am actually nervous and getting extremely picky now. I want this to go as smoothly as possible. I am sorry if it seems over kill to you guys, but, when the roll out comes I want to be extra prepared. Thanks for all the understanding and help you guys are giving me. It does take 2. I can be the best customer service person but without a willing customer it never works.
