Hi everyone. I just emailed my dealer that I'm officially cancelling my reservation. I am quite sad since I've wanted a Bronco since 1996. But, I just can't handle this shit show of a launch anymore and I have no faith left that I'll be delivered a quality Bronco in MY21. I still recommend Ruxer's in Jasper if you're thinking of switching dealers. They've been great. I had a July 29th reservation so maybe some of y'all will move up a spot. ? Good luck and maybe I'll see you out in 2023. ?

Sorry to see you go but I understand your sentiment. I sit on the fence myself. I could care less of those who say I am not a real Bronco enthusiast. Truth be told- time will tell if the Bronco is a good vehicle and if it is worth the premium price they seek. I am not a betting man but I would guess more delays are on the horizon. And if the Ford production is like many manufactures of late, they are short shifted and putting out less than quality products.

May i ask what drove that decision?
Once I decided to back down to a Base Squatch, I'm just generally more happy. So much less shit to worry about or plan around trying to build this or that.
I'm even backing off the manual Squatch....just get the darn thing here already....and since their jamming me with the auto, might as well opt for the 6?

I think my attitude about it went downhill more rapidly after the hard tops were made late availability and Ford only emailed that to FE and Wildtrak reservation holders. I was planning on Black Diamond with dual tops. Wanted all black or white so refused to get the gray roof. I guess in summary, I felt like Ford kept effing me and expected me to like it. When I saw the colors walk through video and the dumbass said they didn't put that much thought into the accent colors, it made me feel that way even more...like I'm supposed to be giddy about having light blue accents that I'd have to pay more in aftermarket to change and I couldn't even go up in trim or I'd be in a worse situation with bright yellow accents. I didn't want to go down because I wanted the washout interior. The talk yesterday on here about how there may be a GVWR issue with Sasquatch and additional accessories made me concerned and of course can't rely on Ford to tell me there may be weight issues for the class. Then the last straw was the pictures today of that guy in the open Bronco who is supposedly 6 feet tall and the seat is low and he still looks like his head is nearly out the top. My main passenger is 6'1 so I can't have that be an uncomfortable feel. Maybe some things won't be an issue, but I can't know that if there are no Broncos for me to sit in or Ford doesn't put out information. This whole process of buying sight unseen requires me to have faith in Ford and I lost it. My hope is that I'll see them out and about and I'll get one in 2023 or whenever stock is available. I'll pay more, but the peace of mind knowing it's what I want it to be will be worth it.

@Techqua Sorry to see you are cancelling your order. It looks like you have plenty of concerns and I understand if the issues are really important to you. I know it won't matter, but I will say that there is plenty of room between the top of the guys head and the top. I think you are confusing the bottom of the "roll bar" as the top of the roof. There is at least another 4" above that surface before you would hit the bottom of the roof panel. I have a picture that shows this a little better but it looks like I can't attach pictures here.
Good luck and maybe once you can test drive one, you'll know if it is the right vehicle for you.
