Hola! Searched around and didn’t see a specific post so thought I’d ask here… I’m in Anne Arundel county and looking for a trusted service center recommendation. I know to stay FAR away from Apple, but not sure beyond that. TIA!

I work in AA County but get my services done at Century Ford in Mt. Airy. That’s probably a good distance from you but they were 100 percent fair with me during the sales process and didn’t try hitting me with ADM at closing. Subsequent services have been efficient and performed without incident.

I had to come out of my pocket to have my front drive shaft fixed. I went to Bob Bell and Koons and had video of the mad sparrows coming from my front drive shaft under 20mph and neither said they could open a ticket cause they couldn't duplicate it. I took it over to the shop that use to work on my Jeep World Tour Off-road in Annapolis. Paul had it up on the lift and diagnosed it and pulled the front drive shaft in about an hour.
He ordered me a new one from Ford and installed problem solved. So I'm a little hesitant to even use Ford Service department now.

Just wondering how the search is going. I'm around Elkridge trying to find a place to install the Ford Performance 2" Bilstein shocks/lift. Hopefully ASE for the warranty. Also been calling around about getting some Kenda 35s mounted.

Called Apple for kicks, they wanted 1200+ for labor plus 200 over retail for the parts. It's sad what happened to the place.
