I added a Bimini type cover to my Bronco. For the price I think it works pretty well. I've had two. The first one was a Mabett design. This one didn't work for me. It used adjustable straps and some magnets in the front corners. Flapped around a lot. It was about $50. So I sent that one back and tried the RERPRO Sun Shade Bikini for $30. This one seems to work pretty well and uses bungees. You do add about 6 plastic washer things that allow you to connect some bungee loops to hold down the top.
The first time I tried it the top was all the way down and it that was fine. Today on the way back from town, I flipped the top back. The included video gives you a rough idea of what it is like. Releasing just two of the front bungee corded hooks allows you to latch the roof down. The top with the WW2 star was $30, The plain was $45 as was the one with the US flag.
