Hey guys and gals just moved to Clayton, NC from Williamsburg, VA. We have had our Badsquatch for about 6 months now. Formally TJ/JK owner. Most of my offroad experience has been on the sand at OBX and looking to get into some trail riding. Look forward to interacting with this group and any recommendations for places to go would be appreciated.

There will be several rides to Uwharrie coming up. The Eldorado Outpost to fuel up and air down/back up is about a half mile from the entrance to the trails, near Troy, NC.
I'll probably organize a few myself again this year, but any given Sat and Sun morning there are generally groups leaving the outpost between 9AM and noon.
Good place to get some beginner-intermediate practice, get away, and maps are available at the outpost, as are $5 day passes or annual $30 passes.

@broadicustomworks Thanks for this info. I saw there was a Uwaharrie ride this coming weekend but wasn't sure if it was beginner friendly. Look forward to hitting that area soon.

@gerby151 you’ll probably get all sorts of half-true advice and answers because people are people.
Basically with a BadSquatch you can do any trail there except the front side of Daniel.
Even that is doable with some practice, a good spotter, or willpower.
Dickey Bell trail is probably 2nd most challenging but I’ve done it in mine several times with no issue other than some skid plate scrapes.
Dutch John is fun but if it has rained in the prior 24 hours it is slick and muddy.
It’s a good, fun day of some peaceful and at times medium-challenge trails.

Yeah, I think there's a ride schedule for the last weekend of the month. I'm up for that weekend if it's not pouring rain
