Planning on heading there this weekend. Any particular trails you recommend?

You can do Coyote Canyon to the north and see the metal sculptures on the way, or do washes to the east, or head down the 22 towards the 86 for about 30 miles then go off on the north side for tons of twisty canyons and washes

one question, I'm thinking doing some of these trails next week, Tuesday 20th, but with these recent rains, what do you guys think how many dry days do i need in order to make these ones? seems like if you get stuck and a flash flood happens it fatal..

I don't have experience in this are but i will love to hear from you, thanks !

@TTT Good question. You never want to be on the trail during a storm. After the storm, the trails can change dramatically. I love this about the desert. But for sure, play it safe. That being said, if it is not raining, you can go, and it should be fine. Just expect the trail conditions to be rutted. Here's an example of what Anza is like during a storm.
