What a day! Hadn't seen any status change from Ford since I got the "Built" email on 15 OCT. Then... silence while awaiting shipping. Then, today, I checked the OrderTrack app and saw that the status had moved from "Built" to "In-Transit" via convoy. I then checked the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking tool and discovered the status was now "Shipped". (Yet, no Ford email like others reported receiving about a delivery date.) Within two hours, my dealership called and said, "Hey, your Bronco arrived this morning! Come and get it."
By the afternoon, my wife and I were walking around, in and and out of our new Badlands inspecting it. All was well. Then on to finalizing the sale of the vehicle and we were driving home. I have to give a huge shout-out to Century Ford of Mt. Airy here in Maryland. They treated us 100 percent with fairness and open communications from the original signed purchase order thru the final buying procedure. No funny business, no additional dealer mark-ups, nor extraneous "fees" tacked on at the end. Straight-up MSRP plus tax, title and registration fees. They even price protected us over the nine months it took Ford MoCo to build and deliver the Bronco.
