Curious if anyone else is working with Wade Ford to convert their MY22 Bronco order to a MY23?

I reached out to them on 9/22 about the conversion, made a few updates to my build, signed what looks like a customer information form, and then I was told I was good to go. But as of today, those updates are not reflected on Ford.com and according to Ford Company my order is still sitting as priority 99, not eligible for build.

Reached out to both contacts who have always been really responsive and now I'm getting ghosted. 3 days and no reply to my emails.

Anyone have a completed MY23 order conversion with Wade in Smyrna?

Hopefully widnere12's contact can help you out. I live around the corner from Wade and have gone to them for service, parts ordering and pickup etc and I think they're all around pretty awful.

Most of my experience has been with service and they're terrible. I'd rather take my vehicles to a jiffy lube at this point.

Yeah, if you go by the rumors in these forums, it sounds like some dealers are not submitting customer MY22 to MY23 order conversations right away to get dealer stock scheduled instead. Technically they have till Nov 21st to convert orders, but Ford is supposedly going to start scheduling MY23 builds this week.

I'm thinking I'm going to get ghosted by my contacts until Friday when the November build dates are out and Wade gets all their dealer stock scheduled and THEN move on to customers.

My sister bought her Mavrick from Wade and had a good sales experience but getting her bed cover ordered and installed with the Service department was another story.

I also live around the corner for Wade which is why I went with them, so maybe I'll just drop in and see what they say face to face.

I purchased my Bronco through Wade since they mimicked the Xplan and gave me decent trade in value. The process was ok but I didn’t get any updates throughout process and had to poke them every so often for some info which they didn’t have much.

@Badassbronco Interesting. I switched my order *away* from Wade when, a long time ago, I asked whether they could match X-Plan, or something below MSRP at least, and they said they couldn't. I got a "maybe MSRP" answer, in a way that made it sound like MSRP was not a given. Shame, because if they made an effort I'd likely have kept my order there since I live very close to them.

UPDATE: Finally heard from Wade yesterday evening. Sounded like they were doing a marathon of order conversions last night to make this weeks build schedule. Still a little odd that I updated my order on 9/22 but they wanted me to update it again last night. Went through all the details again, signed another order sheet, and they seemingly submitted it.

I actually got the official "vehicle in production" email this morning. Have a 11/7 build date. So seems like everything is good now. Given the chaos of the conversion process, I'm a little worried my order isn't correct. We'll see.

Glad you finally heard from them. Most of us on 11/7 got bumped to 11/4.. did yours stay 11/7?

Nope. Got bumped from 11/7 to 11/14. Actually got an email for Ford about a week after the site showed the change saying I was bumped so at least them seem to be proactive. Here is hoping it doesn't bump again.

I got my bronco there. It went smooth. There is a lady there with all the info. Got to talk her. Can't remember her name. I'll look back at my emails and let you know.
