REASON FOR SUPERSEDE Retail orders are now contained within dealers allocation and managed utilizing 10-19 priority codes. Due to the conclusion of COVP allocation pooling for retail orders, Ford is making the following changes to the COVP Name Match and Integrity Policy effective September 1st, 2022: • Final snapshot taken on 8/15/22 • Dealer access to Name Match Dashboard will be removed on 9/19/22. Market Area teams will retain access. • Appeal submissions are no longer required • Violation penalties removed. Ford will monitor name match at a threshold of 60%. Dealers that fall below that threshold are subject to audit by their Market Area teams. There is continued need to verify retail orders to help manage order bank processes and deliver vehicles to true retail order customers, with incentive and price protection dependent on COVP.
