Here we go with the new G.O.A.T’s of the bay!!

Genoa Peak OHV Trail, east of Lake Tahoe, NV.

The trail was 9.6 miles long, and we (wife, son, dog) completed it in about 2 hours, with a lunch/stretch break (photo) in the middle. It was fairly easy for the Bronco, in Mud/Ruts mode, rear locker engaged and stab. bar disconnected. I tried out the 1-Pedal Drive for the first time, and it worked pretty well. I used 4-Lo for only a short but steep climb, otherwise it was in 4-Hi the rest of the way. Beautiful day in the forest, with great views of Lake Tahoe to the west - highly recommend.

Here's a short video, and some photos below:

Amazing recommendation, did you feel confident alone or were you with a group? I always struggle with the idea of going alone vs waiting to get a group together. Any advice or is it just a go for it with the right recovery gear

@omg_bbq Great! I'll send you my number. You'll like Coast Road - it's a pretty drive.

@WheelMe I read it’s about 2 hours start to finish. Is that remotely accurate?

@omg_bbq Nope - going at a normal/leisurely pace, it's over in about an hour... in both my 2019 Ranger FX4 and an older Nissan Frontier. It's really easy, 10 miles long or so.
