Trying to get all Missourians into one group to chat and share Bronco stories and experiences!

Can anybody in the St. Louis area recommend a local dealership for service? Unfortunately I had to drive across the state to buy my Bronco - great experience at Chuck Anderson Ford in Excelsior Springs, by the way, I highly recommend them - so I will have to service it at a different dealership than the one I purchased at.

No suggestions on service, plan on doing mine myself. But I also purchased from Chuck Anderson. Extremely smooth transaction. Looking forward to replies though.

Sunset Ford service has always been good for me on my '19 Ranger. I've only been there for oil changes, tire rotations and other routine maintenance. I will take my Bronco there, too. Great location for me and close to 270.

I plan on doing most basic stuff myself as well. My Bronco came with a nice custom gouge in the MOD bumper from the factory though. Which the dealership noted before I drove over to pick it up. They offered to replace it under warranty there, but there was no telling how long I would wait for a new MOD bumper so they flagged it and walked me through the warranty process and offered to talk to whatever local dealership I went through.
Plus, it would be nice to have a local service dealership just in case.

I would definitely steer clear of Suntrup in Kirkwood. Sunset Ford seems to have an organized repair facility and I think I'm going to give them a try since they are close. The sales people at Sinclair Ford were nice to work when looking at options to buy, but not sure about the service there either. I was also thinking of just calling around for quotes before I do my first oil change and see what each dealer in the area says for price and wait times. Broadway Ford downtown might be an interesting find since they mostly deal with trucks and fleet trucks (I think). I'll have plenty of time to look at Google reviews now that I'm not on this forum hours each day, lol.

I bought mine at Schicker Ford on Kingshighway. My first oil change is next Tuesday and I’m having it done there along with a 5 tire rotation. I can report back after that.

@1936Ford3W My dad has taken his Fusion to Schicker a couple of times in the last year. His experience hasn't been great, but I don't know how much has been on Schicker and how much is going to be a problem everywhere else because of supply and labor issues.

Depending what part of the Lou, there’s Bommarito in Norco, Clement in O’Fallon, and Sunset in South County.

I’ve had friends with positive experiences from all 3.. technically Clement was “Marshall Ford” at the time

If you are ok with the drive, I'd recommend Pundmann out in St Charles. Have done my last 2 mustangs and my edge there and never had any issues or problems.

Had my oil change and tire rotation today at Shicker. All went fine.

Do not use Suntrup Westport. Biggest crap show I have ever experienced.

Thank you for the heads up. I'm not a fan of any of the Suntrup's Anyone using Forescan? I can't find a dealer willing to program the ecu for the soundbar so that I can open up the back speakers. I don't trust myself to do it. Just to clarify, I am not getting the soundbar just want to get power back there so I can replace speakers. Budget Bronco has a good video on Youtube describing this.
