Holy cow, that was an action packed weekend:
- Phone call on Wednesday that the Bronco was ready for pick up... In San Francisco. I had moved back to LA a few months ago - originally placed my order with a dealer in SF.
- Got on a flight, Friday, midday from LAX -> SFO.
- Typical two hours in the dealership... I was literally walking out to drive the thing to my girlfriend's house in Oakland, and my sales guy said there was a mess up with my financing. Re-signed loan docs and I'm finally on my way.
- Spent Saturday afternoon slowly making my way down PCH back to LA.
- Drove down to San Diego Sunday evening for my sister's birthday dinner.
- Drove back home to LA.
First weekend in the books, I've clocked around 650 miles as of tonight. Filled up about 3 times too, that hurts with the current gas prices.
