We lucked out with Leonardtown for sure.

This is absolutely horrible. I read some of the comments and looked at the reviews. I can't even wrap my mind around that. I don't think a bank would even finance that type of mark up. They go by loan to value (LTV) and there is a cap. I'd be speaking to Ford, the BBB, etc. I would also be having a fit. Sadly, I can see where he went wrong too. Not having communication and anything in writing is not the best idea.

Yep, so far NayNay and Leonardtown Ford have been a bright spot in a sea of of absolute garbage tactics by many many dealerships. To be honest, its the one reason why I'm still in the game for a Bronco (or a Ford vehicle in general) as I believe I'm going to get the price that was promised in advance. I realize dealerships exist to make money. They are not non-profits. But there is a line, and I think its been crossed in many instances.
