I just ordered a 2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak Area 51. I am ordering from Lyons, has anyone dealt with them?

I am interested what type of timeline they gave you, when I picked up mine last week from my dealer they said 18-24 months be for delivery.

I dealt with Lyons several years ago when they had the GM dealer.

It was the weirdest deal I’ve ever done but the best buying experience I’ve had.

I really really like them and only reason I didn’t buy through them with my Bronco is that they probably don’t have a large number of allocations. Make sure to ask them how many orders they have waiting and how many allocations they got for 22MY.

They told me 15 months

Unless you are wanting to wait, you can get it sooner from another dealer with an allocation.

Nothing against Lyons. Just they don’t have the allocations a larger dealer like Two Rivers or Ford of Franklin do.

Ford of Franklin didn’t even enter my order after three weeks… I’ll look into two rivers

@Smokeyorange Two Rivers is where I got mine, Jay Syling was my salesman. Very helpful answered any and all emails even if they were stupid question. Tell Josh Creswell sent ya.

@Smokeyorange my dad and I are day 1 reservation holders. We ordered both Broncos through Two Rivers. My Bronco has been "in production" since 9/3 - not Two Rivers fault but I can't get a reliable update from them - and my dad isn't even scheduled. My dad decided to wait for a '22, as he wanted a 2 door, and submitted a new order weeks ago. It still has not been submitted and no one will return his calls or reply to his emails.

No I placed my order with a different salesman but maybe I should try to get in touch with him.

@daddycreswell is Jay the head sales manager? On their website they have 5 "sales managers" and it looks like the General Manager has passed away. I'd like to contact whoever is in charge. I would walk in but I live several hours south.

Yea it seems he is one of the "sales managers" super nice guy. I have emailed back and forth with him numerous times over the last year and half. Always answered me in a timely manner no matter how dumb the question was, I was a day 1 res as well. His email is [email protected]

@daddycreswell thanks, I went ahead and emailed him. Do you know if your Bronco came by convoy or rail? On my sticker it is listed as convoy but my salesman told me it was coming via CSX which was a big surprise to me.

@BadK22 Mine came by convoy, all happened in the same day. I noticed it was shipped on a Wed morning and was at dealership that evening. Jay told me all of their Broncos come convoy, I can't recall the trucking company but they don't have any way to track. I called and spoke with the company.

@daddycreswell alright, that was my understanding as well. I was very confused when they said CSX. Was it Jack Cooper or United maybe?

No it was Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport, I had to look back at my searches. It's a local group in Middle Tennessee.

@Pdshepherd no I ended up calling them and was told they don't have that ability.
