If you want the 2.7, the 2 door, higher trim levels, towing, paint protection film, Sas.... these cause delays. Pretty much the base, big bend and 2.3 four doors seem to be built the quickest. You do not have to alter your order but you will wait longer regardless of your time stamp. As these things become available Ford will pull accordingly to the reservation/time stamp. If they do not have the stuff to build it then they move on to the next one down the line that they can build. This (for now) will remain an issue.
