Can any east bay owners recommend a dealership? I'm buying out of state and have never owned a Ford before. Is it Feb yet?!

One thing to find out when you make your reservation - find out what their current waiting list looks like, and what kind of allocation they get. You may end up in a situation placing an order from a dealer that has a huge wait list, and could push your order into late next year or 2023 depending on their waitlist and allocation. As much as I appreciate the great communications and pricing from my dealer, I'm starting to wonder if I should have gone with another one due to these considerations, because it's sounding like even though I got my reservation in on 7/20/20, I may not end up seeing my bronco until late 2022. :(

@calgecko I probably wasn’t clear enough. Granger res holder since 7/14/20. Just looking for a dealership for service purposes closer to home.

I third Walnut Creek Ford and Shahram, process could not have been easier and they almost made it fun, fast, efficient, super friendly, no nonsense add ons. The way it should be.

You are buying out of state but want to know a good Ford dealer local to you? Assume you are asking about a good local service center?
Edit: you answered when I was posting the question. I can’t speak about the service center but my one interaction with @WCFord service has been positive.

@BLMike that’s right. Granger res holder. I probably could have been more clear in my original post. Apologies for that.

Yes. I think I remember that now. Someone was heckling you about that.

Edit: To be clear, I don’t care one way or another. We all love Broncos!!

@omg_bbq I did. The day before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately my hood had a deep nic from transport. It was being fixed this last week but I also discovered I have the A pillar water leak. So now they are dealing with that. There is a TSB about it and I posted the contents earlier this week. So I have been without my Bronco this week. Now that the hood is fixed (hopefully to my liking as I think they repainted the whole hood) it will be stealth wrapped. Going to go for it.

@BLMike where is your hood defect? I have one on the center of the hood. My PPF installer thinks it’s below the clear coat and can only be seen when it’s wet.

@@BadBlueBronco Mine was a nic/chip. Looked just like a deep rock chip on the front lip of the hood. It could have been a rock chip as my car had 50+ miles on it and a sticker that said it was test driven for 17. Might not have even been the transports fault. I posted a pic of it. Kind of let the air out of my excitement but it is what it is.
