I wanted to pop in to clarify a few things. I have had some questions regarding prices. For one I hope you all are comfortable enough with me by now to know and understand I will NOT be doing anything to anyone shady or underhanded that could cost my company business and give them bad online press. That aside I take a lot of pride in being an individual who absolutely stands behind what I say. If I feel something is not right or about to change I will disclose that immediately. When my hands are tied on a subject I will go to my boss for answers or refer customers to him. That out of the way.....
I have had questions regarding pricing and what other dealers have done to their customers. I feel strongly and cannot stress enough that is NEVER EVER a honest way to do business and in my opinion this is NOT acceptable. I have no control over anyone in this business beside myself.
During the last time we converted orders I had only the 21 models to complete and about 60 days to complete that process. Now on the new converting I have only days to get everything up to date which includes all the 22 orders and additional orders that have since been made. You here, my group, is my priority and my responsibility. I am asking for a signed Dora so I have on record that you agree this build is what you want. Having it all in to Ford on time and ready to roll will help the allocation for all of you and that is my goal to max out everything I am able to do for the customers. Once I get done with that part I will loop back through and do the purchase order. If I have promised you any discounts the purchase order will reflect that. If for any reason I forget or screw it up (which I have done and will do) all you need to do is email me and let me know and I will correct it. Your Dora does not reflect discounts on anything. The purchase order does. Once I can get back to it if you want accessories with the discount I can at that point add it in. Everyone whom has taken delivery thus far have been given exactly the prices they were promised and not a single penny over.
