I took the drive down from DC yesterday for a test drive with Shameka and had a great experience. I'm glad to have this level of professional and personalized service. Fortunately, I have bought several vehicles from Leonardtown. I have never experienced any "games" and everyone has been straight with me. New cars, used cars and service.... I have no reason not to trust them.

Well I know moving forward on future orders they will be adding 5k over sticker. They will inform customers of this. I have a detailed record of my group so it won't be happening with them. I'm doing my best to stay on top of everything for everyone. Have I been perfect, absolutely not!! I am honest with everyone. I cannot and will not ever do bad business and shady crap. It's just not the way to build a customer base. Now what's going on with that other dealer I can't wrap my mind around. Doing someone dirty like that isn't worth the amount of backlash you'll get, the customers you'll lose, the bad press, etc. That's a whole new level of stupidity 🙄. My dealership is way way way to small to mess with our customers even if by some odd ball chance we wanted to. Plus I follow the rules.

I've met @NayNay once, when I put my order in on 1/20. couldn't be easier to work with. Between the valuable inside information and dealing with all of our pestering, I think you have built a following that will only buy from you from now on, even if you ever decide to move on from Leonardtown.

@WRF3MD that does mean a lot to me. I've never denied that my customers are what keep me doing this job. I remember way back when I sold (at a different location with different people) cars and felt like everyone in a position of power seemed so far out of touch with the customer. Like they couldn't be bothered with the staff who was beneath them. I never wanted to be like that. Early on I knew if I didn't have customers I didn't have a job.

@NayNay are you able to see the status of builds/shipping? I had a 7/16 blend and called Ford last week and they said it should be built by now, but didn't give me anything definitive and I don't have any updates online once it went to "In Production." Anything you are able to see on the dealer side? I sent an e-mail too if you want to reply there instead of on here.
