Any Austin Maxwell customers here?

Yup. I've got my order in at Maxwell.

I have a 11/28 reservation and made the order 3/19. My salesmen were useless, but the lady who actually placed the order was great. $100 reservation fee, $500 deposit to Maxwell, straight msrp no markup or markdown. I am getting a Base 2dr, 2.3L manual, MIC, front bumper, roof rack in velocity blue. Probably looking at March-April delivery worst case scenario. Problems: they called me in December to do the order and when I got there they had me down for a Bronco Sport (their fault). The called me back in February to do the order and when I got there they said they were only ordering for people with reservations in September or earlier. In mid March I found out myself about the MY21 cutoff for ordering and went in, got a new salesman and then actually placed the order.

The salesman I was supposed to initially work with left, so a new one took over when I placed my order in January. I agree, the salesmen left much to be desired and the lady who placed the order was terrific (she also has a Bronco on order)! I didn't have any issues with my order but you can always reach out to the director of new car sales (Steve Cargo) at [email protected]

He initially contacted me and then reached back out to ensure everything was okay. He was responsive in his emails but that was him initiating the contact. No idea how responsive he is if you reach out first but doesn't hurt to try. Especially if the delays and errors are on their behalf.
