Stupid question, but for those of us who went to and checked in at the dealer preview events...has anyone seen their promised FordPass Reward points show up in their account?

Roughly 2-3 weeks out and nothing here. Not in a rush to use them, but seeing as I do want to bank these towards accessories...want to make sure they actually show up.

Nope, haven't seen mine yet.

I called today. They told me it might take 8 weeks from the time was recorded. I was told mine was recorded one week after I went.

Nope, I don’t see any of the points I should have. It’s on my list of things to do, but it’s probably going to hit my action items once we get build dates. I am going to use mine for the door bags.

I called as well and was told that there was some computer issue and that they could see I attended the event, but couldn’t tell me how long it would take to post.

Thanks, all. Out of curiosity, in case I have to follow up (or want to verify I didn't fall out of their system) - which number did you call?

I didn’t get any points yet for anything Ford has promised. I wonder if they won’t come until the vehicle is purchased?

@Bimmerxi that's a completely different matter. Those tied to the (repeated) delays have always been promised after you take delivery and use the FordPass app for a month or two.

These particular points were promised simply for attending the dealer events.

Guess I'll circle back: I called Friday evening; without prompting on my part, the operator told the case would be sent to the escalation team and to expect points to appear within 24-48 hours. They were in my account Monday evening.

If you're still being told to "be patient" or wait and it's been nearly a month, tell the operator you'd like to have your case escalated and see if that helps.
