well I am not sure how it is done at at other manufacturing plants.
In our facility the "chassis department " is full of units in different stages of production.
riding down a conveyor headed to the zone, where they meet up with the body in the final assembly department.
Perhaps it's a difference in production process.

Maybe I misunderstood you. Your post makes it seem they assemble all the chassis and body then it takes a week to make it through to the marriage of body/chassis then on to trim/final. It’s much sooner than this, bodyshop has a 1-2 day lead ahead of the other depts. It takes 1-2 days from start to finish to build a bronco, not a week.

I do not work at Map, but I have friends that do.
I have very limited insight.
what I am able to gleam from what the production workers are told..
which isn't much, beyond there weekly schedule.

Rotation number 5432 with a 10/29 blend and my window sticker date on the bottom just changed from 10/21 to 10/28. Hopefully this is really happening soon!!!

I’m 5430 and my WS hasn’t changed. Strange. Oh well, I’m sure something is happening.

I think its the way it goes with tracker. The Ford page shows in production for mine, the pizza tracker says its built and a Ford e-mail says its built. Bottom line is its built.

I have the same issue. Blend date was 10/27 but mine still says “in production”

Well my second Bronco is in this group. Glad to finally have a date. Anybody else?

My email had a date of 10/25 but my sticker blend date was 10/27 …but but my tracker still says “in production” and today is the 28th.

Stay patient.

On my 10/15 blend (first Bronco) it took four days after my blend date before any of my data changed and I received an email from Ford with my shipping estimate and the trackers updated the build date which was a day later than my blend date.

I am hoping to have this same information tomorrow for my 10/25 blend date (second Bronco).
