Yeah, I've been saying that while I love Ford's engineering and design units, and the MAP production folks, and my dealer....I'm ready to pull the blue oval off my truck if I ever get it. And after all our complaints, how can they not do even one thing to make it better? *smdh* again.

I am with you. Still crickets from a 7/19 build. Talked to Ford customer service and got all kinds of BS excuses (tried to tell me my dealer and Flip were reading their systems wrong when they told me OASIS shows my rig as Produced).

At this point Ford has pissed me off so much from awful customer service and a total unwillingness to look into the MIA soft top that I am looking at other options. If I find something that works for me before I get some info on my Bronco I am out.

I don't even care why. Don't want to know frankly. Nor do I think they owe us a specific reason. Just want an idea of the new ETA. I think that is owed and reasonable. The build tracker literally states in production should be a few days.

Leaky soft tops, paint scrapped off from the soft tops rubbing, other QC issues. God only knows...

7/23 blend, released 7/24, shipped 7/26, arrived 8/3, delivered (picked up) 8/4. I feel lucky and have been playing the lottery since. Mine is Badlands 4-door 2.7L mid-package.

I'm not jumping to conclusions just yet. There a lot of softies that have had no issues.

After four delays to my build date and showing In production for 3 weeks so far, This process has been super frustrating.

I'm in the same boat, been in production since 8/13. no news yet. Dealer said it's listed as built for him but my tracker is not.

Pretty bad look for Ford that getting a car you reserved over a year ago actually delivered is akin to winning the lottery.

I been stuck with the "In Production" since 7/14. I ordered a soft top - tow, and 4.27 gear ratio. The Blend date still shows 7/14 and I am eligible to activate.

I keep asking an update from my dealer and nothing new on their end.

I am getting fed up with no updates or communication from Ford.
