same for me, I was way behind you in the /823 though. I think it now depends on shipping scheduling, since the "your Bronco has been built and is shipping...." e-mail obviously already has that info included.
So, unless there was a particular problem detected during QC, that might be the only thing holding some back now. I'm in CA, so I'm sure they want to fill at least one full rail car, if not more and organize trucks on our end to move them to the dealers. That might just take a day or two.

I guess we'll see. I'm happy to know mine was built and I'm annoyed that I know mine was built, LOL. If I didn't know I'd not be checking my e-mail and the Ford website every hour or more, haha.

Congrats! Crazy you already have built email. We have nearly identical stats. Wonder if tow is done at mod center and not on the assembly line. Haven’t heard either way.

Modules populated sometime in the evening of August 31st. Presumably second shift assembly. No email from Ford on it is built and delivery estimate. Did my truck get pulled for additional QC? Back to the same old 'Hurry up and wait". This will give me a peptic ulcer. Ford send me my truck, this has been like waiting on a child to be born.

Same boat as you... In my head I'm thinking why the crap do some have "built" and others don't when the blend date is the same and the modules are showing for both. I wish they had another identifier that showed "selected for QC audit" or "going to Mod center".

First post - I've been lurking for months, but the information in this thread has been so amazing that I felt I needed to contribute. That, and I'm so excited about my Bronco actually being built.

Reserved on the first night it was available, but after the website recovered so maybe it was actually into the next morning.

No email received about a new build date, but it changed to in Production with a build week of 8-30 then the window sticker populated.

As more and more folks post it does appear that rail is what is getting “built” emails first.

Outside of the one dude in Detroit - has anyone within a 6 hour drive of Detroit received a built email?

I have no adds, just a 4 Door, V6, Auto, High package and door bags. My truck is going rail to Denver, CO. It even says rail on the Window Sticker.
