I'm glad so many like the green, but it's just not for me. I really like the almost blackness of AMB and I'm super disappointed. I just can't get by with a soft top either. It's too cold in MN for the kids, and anyway the last two times I had a soft top on a Wrangler they were sliced open everything was stolen from inside.

I feel the same way. I wish they would have at least replaced it for another dark blue. They clearly have the capability to add another color since they removed 3 and added 2.

First Bronco I saw was the Area 51 Overland concept in Seattle in Oct 2020. Initially ordered an Area 51 BadLuxSquatch before stepping over to a BaseSquatch in Shadow Black. Just got back from Moab Off-Roadeo where I drove an Area 51 Badlands Sasquatch. Area 51 is meant to be for me! Back to where I started!

I can’t decide. Obviously I would like a dark blue option. Yesterday I was thinking hot pepper red, today it’s Area 51. The more I look at it, the more I like it. I just know that if ford came out with a darker blue color after I got mine, I would want to trade it. I am that obsessed with dark blue. Dang you @Ford!

I'll have to come up with some snarky names for the two new ones.

If Hot Pepper is available on the Base, I will probably pick that.
Green w/ MIC top looks pretty bleh to me.
Leaning Cyber Orange but that costs more.
Fallback is Area 51

If there is a huge price increase for MY22 then I will probably not be willing to pay the premium for CO.

I originally ordered black but was all in on going green.

When the pictures of eruption green were posted I really, really wanted to like it. But at the end of the day as much as I *want* to like EG it just doesn’t do it for me. It’s a great color but I’m just not a fan. I know a military green isn’t most people’s preference but I thought that would look awesome on the Bronco. Sadly (for me) that wasn’t the green they went with.

My wife also gets a say (I mean she’s not giving me a hard time about buying a $60,000 toy so she gets to give her input). She thought it looked like the kind of green you might see on a bumper car…and I get where she’s coming from. She loves the black and since it was between green and black for me anyway her opinion weighed pretty heavily.

I have a Wildtrak on order and realized that the black grille/mirror caps with the MIC grey/fender flares/MOD bumper just didn’t mesh well (in my opinion anyway).

I usually go black with cars and honestly it just clicks with me.

Plus it seems like black is actually going to be pretty rare so…there ya go.

It's 100% dependent on what happens with the interiors. Was at Cyber Orange Black Diamond, but Eruption Green is looking real good. If the bright blue accents stay with the interior as they are for 2021 I'm sticking with Cyber Orange. Bright blue looks better with yellow contrasting than with a dark green. If the accents go away or become neutral then Eruption Green is very likely. If brown MGV is an option then 100% Eruption Green.

I was area51, and will be very happy with that if I sneak in 2021.
If I get pushed to 2022, which is highly likely if not 100%, I’m switching to Mallard Metallic.

its a really good green though and a lot of people wanted green and actually held out for it.
