Yet people in this very thread who are not FE have confirmed they have two packages incoming.
It almost seems Ford is allowing their call center personnel to just blatantly lie at this point and try at every chance to direct disappointment/frustration at the Dealers and not Corporate.

As someone who works with a call center for multiple programs... They are not all created equal. I can guarantee that there is nothing malicious there, it's just a rep that glossed over the memo that was sent out about the packages. If one was sent at all.

Also, yall need to take a step back and reevaluate your anger here. Ford doesn't have to do a damn thing aside from pump out the Broncos as quickly as commodity will allow. This is another nice gesture that costs them money to appease you all a little bit while we wait to get our Broncos. They don't have to do this.

Have they pood the bed all over with marketing emails and communications about delays? Absolutely. Have they tried to make up for it with some swag? Absolutely. Will it make us feel better about having to wait a year+ for our Broncos? Maybe a little. Either way, take a step back, take a breath, and remember that all of us are waiting. Except those lucky buggers that have already gotten theirs... lol

Incorrect assumption. My order is 99'd since I chose to wait out these initial quality issues and get a 2022. I received the poster/sticker and have both new packages showing up in my FedEx account. 1st is supposed to be here tomorrow and 2nd currently shows anticipated ship date of 8/18.

so whats the deal with the Ford swag? Anyone know how they decide who gets it? I was a 1st hour reservation but did not get any of the stickers and posters. Wondering if its a situation of Canadians not getting these?

Got my Bronco a week ago though so not really complaining about stickers, just curious.

It is certainly fitting that these are shipping FedEx, they are the most consistently delayed carrier in my area. I haven’t had a package shipped via them arrive as scheduled for well over a year.

And for the stats folks: no VIN yet for my FE, both packages showing as pending with FedEx.
